Tip number 3 for photographing Autumn: it’s all about the colours. This isn’t really a secret right?! Autumn=Amazing colours. Since colours are great in Autumn you should find a way to make them stand out in your picture. Always think how to enhance the presence of autumnal colours with your composition. For example, I like the way the larches are lit and lead into the mountain. Using them as a leading line really helps to highlight the autumnal colours. Also the colour of the trees is complementary with the blue sky, making the image more pleasant to the eye according to the colour theory. Hope this helps as always.
